Blaze Pizza at 301 West Esplanade Drive, Oxnard, California.

This was the find of my week long business trip. I ordered the Red Vine, which is a California twist on the traditional Neapolitan Margarita pizza. The crust is truly think like a Neapolitan should be, with perfect scorching on the bottom and the crust. Each bite was a joy. While the bottom was crisp, the pie was tender, but not soggy, where the toppings met the dough. Service was very pleasant, and interested in hearing my thoughts. I still have not mastered my own matgamarg, do this was a very pleasant surprise
