    They have extremely poor service, you have to wait at least an hour to speak to an employee at the store. They take forever to get the parts, expect to wait at least 2 months to get what you ordered. This place is a joke & a massive waste of time, money, & energy. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This place has terrible service. Bought a Samsung washer in August 2010. It never worked properly. I've made many, many phone calls to the store and their repair service. They don't return calls nor do they have the decency to reply to a letter. I have to agree with the previous reviewer, don't waste your time and money at this store - shop elsewhere!!!! Also, would not recommend a Samsung washer!!!
