It's generally a good store. Handy to have in the neighborhood. I find myself avoiding it sometimes. Why? The employees are just not engaged. If you manage to get their attention they are ok. Otherwise, it's like they purposely avoid eye contact or personal engagement. Sometimes when going through the checkout, I wonder if the cashier will say 'hello' or 'thank you'. That should be automatic. Some training on 'how to treat customers' may be needed here.
