Horrible experience with a one way move. Customer service was severely lacking. Problems right from the start of the reservation. They must lack training because no one seemed to know what was going on with my reservation. Truck cab was dirty inside and one of the tail lights did not work properly. Promised the $50 guarantee because the truck became unavailable ONE hour before pick up so they were late. It's been two weeks now and nothing. I would go with another company.
